boo i'm really bored. x( i ponned touch today that's why i'm here so early! hmm by now they would have finished running and doing the various exercises! lol. =x
okay. today was so boring. i don't like tuesdays! cause my breaks are little and short. so many tutorials too! rahh!
during ct we had t use one word t describe each person in our class. since our class only has like 15 people it was quite easy t think of adjectives. lolol. =x
after skl some of us went outside the skl t eat. then went for econs tutorial! a few of them ponned today. haha. hung around in the canteen with xueting after that. were trying t decide if we should go for touch or not. -.-
mervis gave me his purple-dyed leaf! i like. it's nice though a bit torn on the top. ^^ so sad lah, mine were all so unsuccessful. if mine were successes, i'd keep them! (:
tmr the A level results are gonna be out! so we end really early. =D cause we have no lessons after pe! which is around 10.45? -grins. we MIGHT be going out as a class after skl. if not i may be going sakae with cally.

hullos! i'm eating chocolate chip cookies now. hahaha. =x
anyways. we did some leaf experiment during bio prac. all my leaves died-ed-ed-ed lah! haha. i tried like soo many times but all of them tore or got mushed up! really gave up hope le. lol. pathetic! but some of them had really nice leaves. like amanda's, shengping's and mervis'. ggrr but the leaves were really hard t handle. -.- and noooo i am not "chor lor"! -.-
ponned econs lecture today. it's the first time i'm ponning okay. hung around in ispace. read a little of the book then did my chem and math tutorials! i feel so accomplished. haha.
cally didn't bring her keys today, so she got locked out of her house! haha. so we had a 4-way conference between me, cally, liying and meiping. i hope what they said are true and i can really enter ny for sure.
i wonder if i should go for touch tmr. don't really have the mood. yet we cannot keep ponning all the time. ah. dunnoe lah. now all i ever feel like doing is hang around the skl after all my lessons doing nothing. iunno why. feeling kinda sianded nowadays. =

2/26/2006 yes or no?
so how? i know it's no use t cling onto something of the past like that. whatever it was is past me now. but i feel a sense of reluctance to do it. it'll always be something i'll never forget; occupying a place in my heart and the back of my mind. i just cannot bear t let go. you know it's like when something is over, somehow remnants of it will still be special t you and you just cannot bear t let it all disappear. and really, it's something of the past t me now. but it's just that small teeny weeny part of me not bearing t wipe it all out.
and i just found that pink, slender thing. really reminds me of how foolish i was. just what was i thinking? but it's okay, it's all over now. i won't ever commit the same mistake. i guess that's how all of us learn, no matter how silly the experience.
and no, this isn't supposed t be a sad entry. i'm just doing some reflecting. (:

SIGH. DIARY-X IS CLOSING. TWO YEARS WORTH OF ENTRIES GONE! NO MORE!
sigh so sad right. two years okay! the longest i've stuck t a single url. goodbye l0st.diary-x.com. i won't be able t read my archives again and remininsce about my upper sec life in anderson. all the joy, sadness, anger.. everything. i'll miss my special locked entries that no one ever saw. haha. i wonder if i should stick with this blog. or make a new, better url. since this was just a spontaneous thing. never thought i wouldn't see the diary-x interface again!

2/24/2006 iGod!
hullos! today is one of the few days in which i actually reached home with the sun still shining. haha. usually it's all dark and quiet. lol!
we played captain's ball with a rugby ball today during pe. =\ kinda weird t throw the rugby ball rather than pop or "glide" it over like in touch rugby. what's more we're doing forward passes, rather than back. it just feels so.. wrong! hahaha. actually i do quite like touch rugby as a game. but t play it competitively just seems so intimidating. trainings are tough and stressful with the j2s as well. and i'm not really good in it. maybe practice makes perfect. -shrugs. so i'm really not sure if i should continute joining touch rug if i'm able t re-enter ny.
we had gp in the library today! in fact we did our little project in just a matter of minutes. in fact i went off t talk t some people and by the time i returned t my group they had already found the websites they wanted. lolol. =x then we had lotsa free time. so we talked t iGod!! wahahah. it's just a stupid bot like smarterchild. -.- was quite funny luh. but got a little stale after some time when the bot's replies became repetitive. heh.some j2s beside us saw us talking t "God" and went t the web also. -.- copycats. hahah. =x and miss gopal suddenly popped outta nowhere while we were chatting halfway! good thing she's pretty good-natured. lol.
i weighed myself on the skl's weighing machine and omgwtfbbq I GAINED 2 KILOS! LOL. but i'm not sure if the thing is accurate. cause my home's weighing machine says i gained a kilo only. iunno if the one at home is trustable or not too. haha. please let me believe the skl's weighing machine. then i'll be a HAPPY 42 KG! wahah. my goal of 45 kg will also come by sooner! whee. =x
went out today with jas, cal, xueting and tiff. we ate at toa payoh. some jap place called fiesta. but i still wanna eat my sakae conveyor belt buffet! lol. went t northpoint t take neos after that. -.- lol. my first time taking there though it already opened for some time. the machines kinda suck. =\ it's been AGES since i took neos luh. lol.
there's a CT outing tmr at marina bay. 0630's very first one. they're gonna pool. -.- gosh. i dowan. haha. then eat steamboat i think. i rmb the time i ate steamboat 3 times within 2 weeks during december. and i got SO freaking scared of it thereafter. why must class outings always be at marina bay?! 4/6 is gonna have one soon in march. AT MARINA BAY ALSO. the 4/6 class outing we had in december was also there. and going there always means steamboat. don't people EVER get sick of it?! -.- not sure if i feel like going tmr. zz.

2/23/2006 omu rice!
hellos! today was yet a norrrrrmal day. ponned touch. -.- wahah.
i've decided that i love chem the most. chem lectures are my favourite! econs makes me sleep, bio is really heavy and boring, math is just.. not so interesting. haha.
today yansee and chanel had their measurements taken for uniform. omg. i saw a few girls trying the skirts, and the people really took their measurements damn high up. so their skirts are like super high up and tight-ish. the skirts are like super long also luh! haha. so ugly. but erm for me if i were t wear the skirt i'll need a size smaller than chanel's even. -.- which is like.. DOH. and please you two, i'm a VERY decent girl! my skirt won't be that short! -shakeshead. i am very conservative!
went t j8 with liying, rachel, shengping and mervis after skl. met amanda there. haha. we ate kfc! the was like so much mashed potatoes left over. -.- and smth really funny happened! wahaha. but i shall not say it here since it's quite dirty. =x i am not one who speaks dirty.
walked around j8 after that. kept running into chiatyin and friends. lol. then met cally at bishan mrt station. went t pacific plaza and waited quite long for cheeyong. finally he arrived. then went around looking for the presents he wanted t buy. shopped around isetan, wisma and taka too. cheeyong treated us t icecream. then cally treated him t one takopachi ball. i treated him t some jap meatball thingy. ahah.
it was like super funny today luh. cause we sat at this table beside this OMU RICE stall. and we could see the guy cooking the rice inside. THE WAY THE GUY TOSSED THE RICE WAS FREAKING HILARIOUS! lmao. we were laughing till sides were aching. it was so indescribable. we saw it thrice! filmed two short clips of it!! wahaha. we wanted t catch round 4 but it didn't come for a very long time so we left. lol. so sad! rmb t look at OMU RICE at taka next time t catch the show! wahah. but we felt quite bad luh. cause we were laughing so hard and so obviously. ahah.
oh wells. omu rice cheered me up today. ^^
i realised we only have one more week t be together as a class! i'll really miss 0630! about two thirds of the class is leaving already. ): and i may not be able t stay also. zz. but whatever it is i'll miss this nice class. only one more week t spend together as a class! we must make full use of it. insecurities.
i'm like feeling so darn insecure right now over my posting results. i've been hearing a lot of worrying remarks. like the 9-13 points thing, aj having a cutoff of 7 and many more. even the skl says that only those who got 12 and below can go take uniform measurements tmr. -.- what is this! it's really so unsettling for me. i don't wanna end up in mj! i'll be damn sad if i really can't enter ny. really. i think i'll cry even. hah. it's bad enough that i screwed up my o levels and dashed my dreams of entering a top 5 jc, but not even being able t enter the skl i've grown t become so familiar with and happy in? that's damn saddening.
i need someone t tell me my thoughts are unconfounded. i need some conviction. someone please convince me that i'm just thinking too much. i hate feeling so insecure. but none of the comments i've been hearing just seem convincing enough. sigh.

2/21/2006 should i change?
hellos. today was a normal day as usual. half-asleep during lectures. trying t pay attention during lectures. hah. oh yeah i got into the ogl workshop thingy. but after that they'll still cut people. -.- i have a feeling i cannot make it LAH. haha!
apart from that, i was almost late. -.- missed the bus. so had t take mrt t amk and then take bus. ran all the way from the gate t my class okay. =\ i was really pissed off lah. but thankfully i'm not one who gets pissed for long. ^^ so i was back t normal again after that. =D
anyway. went t i-space after skl with rachel, mervis and shengping. we played daidee with jay chou poker cards. -.- lol. i got 3 twos thrice! wahah. tengkiat joined us later so we did our bio tutorial. not it's kinda like. half-done? yeaps. they all left after that.. then chatted with xueting, ivan and shawn in i-space for a while before touch started. btw the last two were crashers. -.- lol.
well touch today.. we only ran 3 rounds round the field! which is pretty surprising. haha. then uhm. we did a pretty different activity. gotta switch then loop. i was the only j1 in my group. boo. haha. there were only a few of us j1s. about 6. played six-man pretty early. the sun was so hot today lah. the lines at my ankles are mot obvious now. =S shucks. lol.
there was something REALLY different about touch today. i think maybe the atmosphere? it was extra stressful today as well. they kept emphasizing on the need t shout. but really with a whole bunch of j2s, it just feels so awkward, you know? we were all like feeling kinda stressed out while playing six-man. the need t stand in the correct position, t ask for the ball.. haha. they would like, really push and urge you t move here, move there etc. but really today was just really weird. we talked t audrey about it for a while after training. lol.
i'm not sure if i wanna stay in touch rugby. the trainings are kinda tough in a way, and it's quite a stressful game also. not only that, i really feel that i suck at the game. like i'm not really made t play touch and feel pretty unnecessary. i think i need t practise more. but apart from trainings with the j2s, i barely play it. haha. and with the j2s i don't really do much. ehh. but what t do. i can't like play on my own another time right. who would be willing t stay back play in the field lah. -.- so paiseh. haha! trainings are the only time. even so i don't really feel the need t be serious about touch rugby now. =x lol.
hmm. went home with cal xueting ivan and shawn after that. liying and the person also? in a way. some sort lah. hahaha. okay. stupid 853 always takes so long t come. zz. -.-

2/20/2006 korean shows rock!
yay. i watched "a season of love" with jas and cal at cine today! were running a little late, so we kinda ran t cine from somerset mrt. haha. then we went on our seperate missions. jas t buy the tickets; me and cal t buy kfc takeaways + go toilet. hahaha!
anyway the show started already when we entered the movie theatre. for the front part of the show i was thinking the movie wasn't all that special. nothing really got into my head. lol. jas' friend said we would cry, but nothing really seemed well, cryable. but omgosh.. when we got t the ending.. the movie turned out t be rather good! the ending is like SUPER SAD LAH PLS. the movie had a four-in-one kinda story. haha. two of the stories didn't touch me as much.. but the other two were so sad. like when the mom died and the kid got the "messenger" t convey a message t her.. and when she blew the whistle.. gosh. the other story the guy who knew he was gonna die removed his oxygen mask and made a short video just for the girl before he died. he forced himself t smile and hold his tears back as he was struggling t look his best for the girl.. ahhh. haha.
two of the guys were really haokan! haha. one of them looked like wang lee hom and was just so cute. lol. the other guy was the type where the more you see the better he looks kinda thing. haha. and the girl with the scarred face was actually very pretty, just that she had permanent burn marks.
the song playing when the credits were rolling was nice too! i wanna find it. =x
today shawn and frederick crashed. saw them during econs lecture. so i stood on the stairs for a while t talk t them. haha. they totally couldn't believe i got 13 luh. esp shawn. -.- he was giving me this really serious look and going "ehh really i'm not joking. tell me what you got." totally didn't believe me. why would i lie about my L1R5. i'm like so not the 6 7 8 pointer kind. zz. he even thought i was a crasher instead and didn't believe i was in ny. o.o but oh wells. maybe i should be happy. cause this must mean i have "i-am-smart" written all over my face. i look intelligent! LOL. too bad it doesn't really reflect on my real results. -.-

2/19/2006 so haokan!
hellos. i'm back t blog. hahaha. i'm so bored! and today has been a boring day. -.-
okay so basically i just rotted at home. watched a dvd. a show called "sky high". haha. basically just a skl in which everyone in it has super powers. so it's called it's like a high skl for them. lol. and they are divided into "heroes" and "sidekicks" according t their powers. so sidekicks must attend sidekick lessons. -.- anyway. i was thinking. if i had superpowers, i'd wanna be a shapeshifter with psychic powers! to be able t read minds, and also control stuff with my mind. ^^ shapeshifting will be fun too. i can be anything i want. =P
watched my name is kim sam-soon too! it's really funny luh. the guys daniel henney (henry) and hyun bin (zhenxian) are so haokan! -drools. haha. next week is the last episode already. gonna check out what's gonna be on after that. yay for kdramas. (:

anyway. today we played captain's ball for pe. the other group managed t play against LAOLAO's team! OMGOSH LUH! but my group didn't! so unfair! ): lol.
watched a video called "the last days" during gp tutorial. about hitler and the nazis against the hungarian jews. i think it was rather interesting. as a history student, of course! haha. i really like history. the only thing i can't handle is memorising and applying it in exams. haha. but on a personal level history interests me a lot. (: i like reading history stuff, even my history textbook! esp on european and american history. but er when the time comes for me t memorise facts i'm a little turned off. -.- lol.
stayed back in skl with cally. hung around the canteen and in i-space. haha. then watched as the guys and girls had soccer training. a few touch ruggers were practising at the atrium. then we subbed in for a short while when there was a need for attackers. lol. but we barely played luh. kept having changeovers. watched some of the bball match against srjc that was going on too.
a teacher mentioned that there were 900plus people who picked ny as their first choice. of which only about 700 places are available? and the median for the range of scores ranges from 9-13. omg luh!! 13! it's at the lower end! howhow. i'm damn damn scared i can't enter ny okay. if not i'll hafta go mj most probably. but i don't want! they have a high retainee rate! ):
lotsa people are leaving ny too. esp andersonians. now it's like left me and xueting and 2 or so more. so sad. sigh. about two thirds of 0630 is gonna leave too. not sure about og7. now i'm only hoping i can find more partners who are willing t stay back in skl with me rather than go home straight after skl. haha! a lot of people i know are like that. why don't like stay in skl? so fun. =x lolol. nvm. -.-

2/16/2006 ugly feet!
omgosh i have ugly white feet! the lines at my ankles are getting more obvious. my feet are so white, but my legs are so much tanner! so ugly. haha. -.-
anyways. today had the usual lectures and tutorials. we had a chem test on mole. didn't know how t answer a number of them. my very first test in jc. lol.
during our break we added a few stuff t the valentines dedication board! haha. chiatyin made a dedication t our beloved LAOLAO!! woohoo! yeah! wahaha. i forgot t mention before, they said laolao has a friend who could very well be LAOLAO NUMBER TWO! lol! and liying made a dedication t JASMINE, EUNICE and ZHEN XIN. cause they are our GOOD friends! lol. we always call our tutors by name amongst ourselves and proclaim that we're great friends. wahah.
saw a bunch of performances after skl. there was a guy who sang with guitar, and a band? lol. the drummer was a girl! =)) then we had a dance performance. the guy who entered campus superstar sang too. called samuel? yeah.
waited a shitass long time for touch t start after that. for the first hour i was so lonely all alone cause many people had lessons! so i went t the library t read a book. -.- so dumb. after that met mervis in the canteen. and we did homework. -.- okay i think i agree with xueting that it's quite erxin lah. doing homework after skl so diligently during first three months. =x but i must say it was because he was doing so i felt quite pressurised t not slack also. haha!
went for touch rugby. only 4 J1s. hah. ran like crazy again. i lagged a lot today. sigh. the other girls were saying that for some reason they were feeling extra tired today too. lol. played 6-man in a bigger area this time. got really tired. iunno why but today just ain't my day t work out. hahaha.
cally got a ticket from a teacher t watch The One. hahaha. he/she just offered it t her. -.- lol. so we asked the councillor if he could let both of us in. thanks whoever you are! lol. but we missed a lot luh. i entered only after training at 7. when we reached G5 was already playing. haha. the drummer really quite hiong sia. hit so wildly. lol.
went home pretty late. 853 took like super long t come! i'm like so tired now. wanna sleep after this. ^^ love!

i submitted my choices already. did it at like 12 plus in the morning. haha. was quite a difficult decision t make. but oh wells. nanyang, anderson, st andrews, meridian, catholic, innova and yishun. gosh if i can't enter ny i'll really go bang wall. -.- cause if that's the case i'll have t go t meridian! o.o not forgetting the fact that i only wanna enter ny and nothing else. the rest are just for show and t fill up more spaces. lol.
hmm. skl was as usual today. more crashers again. haha. for pe we had t do smth like hold hands and run around the track in light of vday. -.- lol. haven't ran in so long. don't wanna run more in touch rug tmr.
oh yeah. i lost an ic photo! i was gonna paste it on my ogl application form but i couldn't find it in my wallet! argh. think it slipped out. was thinking of going seragoon central t take a photo. but gosh it seemed quite stupid eh. mervis asked if they accepted neoprints and they said yeah. so i stapled a neoprint in. omg luh. it's like so dumb! and damn paiseh lah. it's like a NEOPRINT please! -.-
walked around northpoint with xueting thereafter and reached home earlier than usual.
there's like a supposed chem test tmr? iunno if ms sim meant it. =\ hmm. i hope there'll be no test. i'm still unsure about eudiometry and dilution. haha.

happy valentines day!! yayness. (:
oh wells. was in town ytd t get vday stuff. lol. then today went t skl as usual. passed a few people some vday stuff while i got some in return. thanks. ^^
but somehow i feel that the vday atmosphere is lacking in ny. when i was in anderson everyone would be running around giving presents! the whole giving spirit was there. =D so vdays were really nice and special. lol.
went t ajc with some people after skl. the building is like really damn old please. and the canteen seems so gloomy and stuffy. even the stalls weren't proper skl canteen stalls. haha. more like those in market or smth. =x for some reason i feel quite cramped up in aj. haha.
after that we crashed nj for fun. saw quite a number of friends. =)) there are seriously lotsa steps and slopes in nj. gets real tiring climbing up and down. -.- the skl is pretty big too so there's not much people in a particular area. makes the place seem rather quiet. haha. the garden looks like a hospital kinda park. =x the students lounge was quite nice. they had a hi5 set blasting music. and lotsa cushions. there was even a pool table. o.o haha.
i'm still thinking if i should choose aj or ny. my mind tells me aj is the best choice for my studies. yet at the same time my heart tells me ny is the jc i really like. should i let my mind rule my heart, or the other way round? cliche as it seems, it's really true and difficult for me t decide. sigh. i'm gonna make sure i come t a decision by tonight.
